Knf 'Type Nf1.25' High-Pressure Micro Diaphragm Pump Introduces Ideal Solution for Handling Liquids

The new KNF "Type NF1.25" micro diaphragm pump introduces an ideal high-pressure solution for dosing or transferring liquids or liquid-gas mixtures at flow rates up to 300 ml/min. This small and powerful pump is engineered to operate either intermittently or continuously against pressure up to 6 barG (87 psig) over the pump's entire lifetime. Versions can be specially developed to handle even greater pressure up to 10 barG (145 psig).

Typical OEM applications include medical devices and analyzers, inkjet printers, cleaning and disinfectant devices, water treatment systems, fuel cells, and semiconductors, among many others.

Type NF1.25 pumps integrate a patented valve system and benefit from sophisticated diaphragm technology to achieve high levels of efficiency. OEMs can choose from a wide selection of motors, including iron core DC, ironless core DC, or brushless DC (BLDC) versions. The BLDC models can be supplied with simple 2-wire operation or with 4 wires enabling advanced tachometer output and speed control input and a highly linear control curve (flow rate vs. control voltage) allowing for use in closed-loop systems. A wide range of standard voltages and frequencies can be specified.

These pumps are self-priming, can run dry, and require virtually no maintenance over a long lifetime. They offer superior chemical resistance resulting from the use of PP, PTFE, EPDM, and FFMP materials for components that will come into contact with the pumped medium. Most neutral and aggressive liquids can be handled without risk of corrosion or other damage.

Specialized complementary accessories can be supplied, including an innovative anti-vibration mounting plate with the capability to dramatically reduce vibration levels and audible noise. Pumps can be mounted in any position.

Custom products can be engineered to satisfy the most challenging OEM application requirements.
