"Rhino Hyde Spray 8500AR" High Performance Polyurea Spray Liner System for Industrial Applications

Northstar Polymers, together with its business partner Tandem Products, has developed a high performance spray-applied abrasion and corrosion resistant liner system, Rhino Hyde Spray 8500AR. This high-performance polyurea spray liner system provides excellent protections to prolong the life of equipment used in bulk material handling operations. After intensive field tests, Northstar Polymers' project partner Tandem Products has recently introduced this product to the markets for the aggregate handling, mining, concrete handling, and other bulk material handling applications.

Rhino Hyde Spray 8500AR is spray-applied to virtually any thickness and creates a seamless membrane that eliminates corrosion, which is inherent in a weld or bolt in place liner. Because of the extended chute and deck life, less time is spent on the equipment repairing worn or leaking components. Reduction of maintenance work attributes to reduction of equipment down-time. Comparing to steel liners, it reduces noise level to improve the working environment in aggregate processing plants.

Rhino Hyde Spray 8500AR can be applied in virtually any area you can reach. Bolting and welding are not required, although surface preparation is a critical step in the application process. Rhino Hyde Spray 8500AR has proven successful in applications ranging from screen deck grids, slurry tanks, weigh hoppers, chute liners and many other applications. This product has been field tested for several years and has proven to have exceptional abrasion resistance in the demanding aggregate market.

This specially compounded polyurea liner system is applied with a 2-component high-pressure impingement mixing spray machine. The formulation is fine-tuned to provide good flow characteristics, optimum curing pattern, storage stability, and process-ability as well as the exceptional liner performance.

Rhino Hyde Spray 8500 AR is exclusively marketed by Tandem Products, Inc.
