November 1, 2006 - Brushed, sprayed, or dipped on surfaces, Grade AA Ultra Graphite Coating is smooth and slippery when dried and has high electrical and thermal conductivity. It will not crack or melt and produces no odors, smoke, or pollution. Water-based product serves as release agent since most molten metals, quartz, glass, concrete, and ceramics will not stick to its surface. When no longer needed, coating may be removed with cold water.

New Graphite Coating Will Wet Hot Surfaces Up To 1000°F

Dylon Industries Inc. has developed a new concentrated water-based very high temperature antistick and release coating. Dylon Grade AA Ultra Graphite Coat may be brushed, spray or dipped on surfaces as hot as 1000°F (538°C). The dried coating is very smooth and slippery with a low coefficient of friction, and a high electrical and thermal conductivity. It gives off no odors, smoke or pollution.

Grade AA will not crack nor melt and run at any temperature, will not allow dirt to stick to it, and many be buffed to a "mirror" finish. When no longer needed, it may be simply removed with cold water.

The new coating is an excellent release agent. Most molten metals, quartz, glass, concrete and ceramics will not stick to its surface. Castings of aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, silver and other non-ferrous alloys fall out of molds that have been coated with Grade AA.

Dylon Industries Inc., has a history of innovation in the specialty lubricant and coating industry since 1967. Dylon is an ISO 9001: 2000 company. For more information on Grade AA, and free literature featuring Dylon's complete product line, please call or write:
