With injection range of 1:3,000-1:333, or 0.03-0.3%, Model D14MZ3000 is suited for application of peracetic acid, quaternary ammonium, and other food sanitation chemicals that must be applied in small doses. Injector features flow range of 0.05-14 gpm and pressure range of 4.3-85 psi. Measuring 21 x 6 5/16 in., unit is manufactured from chemical-resistant polypropylene with metal-free piston.

Dosatron International Adds the D14MZ3000 to the D14MZ Line of Chemical Injectors
CLEARWATER, Fla, - Dosatron International, Inc. today introduces the new D14MZ3000 chemical injector. The D14MZ3000 allows for the smallest injection rates of any D14 series injector, making it ideal for the application of peracetic acid (PAA), quaternary ammonium, and other food sanitation chemicals that must be applied in small doses.

The D14MZ3000 features an injection range of 1:3000 to 1:333, or 0.03% to 0.3%. As with all of the D14 series models, the D14MZ3000 is manufactured from chemical-resistant polypropylene. It features a metal-free piston, which makes it the ideal solution for injecting food sanitation chemicals.
