HSK Tool Holder Wagon and Storage Cabinet
Hirschmann Engineering, USA, Inc., Buffalo Grove, Illinois, announces the availability of the HSK tool-holder wagon from Sarralle. The moveable wagon is equipped with HSK type tool-holder inserts, capable of holding from 24 to 60 tools, depending on tool size. The removable inserts can be stored independently or placed on a workbench as needed.
The mobile wagon eases the loading and unloading of tools for CNC machining centers. The wagon can be wheeled directly to each machine magazine. Each cart is equipped with a handle that eases steering and lockable wheels that secure the wagon at the machine.
Also available is a stationary storage cabinet to hold larger quantities of tools. Up to 32 HSK tool holding inserts can be put into the cabinet, allowing storage of 64 to 160 HSK tools.
Inserts are heavy-duty plastic, and can be "piggy-backed" on each other for additional storage capacity in either device. Compartments within each of the inserts are for 2, 3 or 5 tools. Both the wagon and storage cabinet are manufactured of heavy-duty welded steel.
The HSK wagon and storage cabinet will be on display at IMTS 2002, Booth 4114.
