Fort Myers, FL, March 2008 - Crystek's CVCO55CC-2425-2440 VCO operates from
2425 MHz to 2440 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V~4.7V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -113 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.

The model CVCO55CC-2425-2440 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a max current consumption of 40 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.00 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
