Raltron Releases New "ULTRA" High Frequency TCXO
Latest new product produces a “ULTRA” high frequency output from an extremely small “ULTRA” 3225 SMD case with “ULTRA” low jitter. The broad range of frequency TCXO is ideally suited for applications in networking: 10/40/100 Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel 10G/12G Serdes, Optical networks.
The “ULTRA” TX832-D3 generates a high frequency range of 60 to 650 MHz with a supply voltage of 2.5V or 3.3V at a frequency stability of 2.5 ppm over a temperature range of -40 to + 85ºC and a low RMS jitter of 650fs maximum within a bandwidth of 12 kHz to 20MHz.
Typical frequencies include 78.125MHz, 156.250MHz, 312.5MHz, etc.
Units are supplied in a “ULTRA” SMD 3.0 x 2.5 mm format and are RoHS compliant.
