Model 315 Copper Tube Trim Saw
PROGRESSIVE-RUESCH MACHINE COMPANY introduces the Model 315 Trim Saw for copper and aluminum tubular product. The 315 produces accurate, repeatable, smooth, parallel cuts and essentially free from burr. The saw produces better cuts which, in turn produces product requiring little or no surface cleaning.
The Model 315 provides a heavy duty base table and sub-assembly for solid structural support and superior durability. The table incorporates a hydraulically actuated tube clamp to anchor a number of tubes and of various sizes which can be cut at the same time. The unit utilizes a high speed hydraulic motor to drive the blade and a hydraulic cylinder with feed valve to feed the blade through the tubes. Lubrication and cooling are provided by an automatic spray mist system. The unit is, of course, properly guarded for safety to protect the operator. No end stops are included.
As pictured the Model 315 includes an optional, separately floor mounted, hydraulic system with pump, pressure gauges, reservoir, air cooled heat exchanger, filter, and control valves. When purchased with the Model 315, the hydraulic system provides for the operation of all machine functions and constitutes an inclusive, fully independent machine system.
