Improving upon our CNC600X, known for it's accuracy and reliability, Rollomatic is pleased to introduce the GrindSmart(TM) 620XS. Upgraded and redesigned for higher rigidity and stability during manufacturing, the 620 incorporates a direct drive spindle with the ability to mount up to 8 grinding wheels. Also new is a Fanuc Windows NT PC, utilizing the Rollomatic VirtualGrind(TM), 3-D simulation software, allowing for online tool design and the ability to save tools right on the machine. As with the 600X, Rollomatic offers a 2 year (24 hours/7 days a week) warranty. Whether manufacturing drills, step drills, end mills, micro end mills, printed circuit board micro-drills, taps, reamers, surgical, dental, or punching tools, the 620 has the capability of grinding tools in the size range of 0.2 to 16.0mm (.008 to 0.625").
