New Eclipse Universal Temperature Controller
Eclipse Inc, a Rockford, Illinois based manufacturer of combustion equipment and systems for process heating industries worldwide, now offers the ETC023 universal temperature controller.
The ETC023 is a low-cost ¼ DIN controller that provides accurate regulation of temperature, pressure and flow in applications such as furnaces, ovens and environmental chambers. It includes a human/machine interface and other features, such as:
o Auxiliary current output.
o Input/output isolation.
o Automatic tuning with fuzzy logic overshoot suppression.
o Universal AC power supply.
In addition, the ETC023 has industry-standard dimensions that allow it to be inserted into existing panel installations easily.
The unit also features high noise immunity, dual display, auto/manual dual set points, set point ramp, failsafe outputs, time, two alarms, UL recognition, and CSA certification. Its nonvolatile memory ensures data integrity during power loss, and four configurable security levels help to prevent accidental or unauthorized changes to the process.
