Greenray Industries’ New T1250 TCXO Offers Excellent Temperature Stability Performance for Optimum Holdover in a Compact, 9 x 14mm SMT Package.
This temperature compensated crystal oscillator is available from 10 to 50MHZ with CMOS or Clipped Sinewave output. It features very tight temperature stability – down to ±30ppB over -40 to +85°C – and long term aging to <3ppM over 15 years.
Acceleration sensitivity is available down to <7×10-10/g to maintain performance during shock and vibration. The T1250 uses a +3.3 or +5.0VDC supply and is designed for instrumentation and mobile communications applications that require superior stability with very low input power.
