Low-Cost Spot Radiometer Monitors Intensity Of Light Cure Wand Systems



Rocky Hill, Conn. - June 28, 2002. Henkel Loctite Corporation has introduced the Loctite® ZETA® 7021 Spot Radiometer, a low-cost, compact device designed to measure and display the intensity of light emitted by UV spot curing wand systems.

The ZETA 7021 is a self-contained, portable, electro-optic instrument that will measure and display a peak intensity of 0 to 19.99 W/cm² of UVA and UVB light (280-400 nm). The device accepts both 3mm and 5mm diameter wands. The Zeta 7021 features a unique detachable sensor head that requires recalibration only once per year.
