Introducing Megger PowerDB(TM) Software
The effective way to manage your electrical acceptance and maintenance testing.
PowerDB is a new, powerful software package providing data management for electric utility, industrial or electrical testing service company acceptance and maintenance testing jobs. Customer and contractor information can be quickly sorted and searched. Opening a specific record shows detailed information about the job, such as type of service, order date, sales contact and invoice information. Job information and related test results can be transferred between field-use databases and a master database. Job and device productivity reports track the time spent testing, which aids testing service companies in bidding future jobs, as well as personnel evaluation.
PowerDB includes dozens of industry standard test forms for the majority of electrical apparatus in use today. Test data entry screens and printed forms are identical allowing intuitive operation. What you see on the screen is what is printed in the reports. Once created, reports can be delivered electronically via email, CD-ROM, web server or Adobe® Acrobat®.
For those users with more complex in-house computer mainframes, PowerDB easily links with sophisticated CMMS systems such as Digital Inspection's Cascade and MRO Software's MAXIMO. This allows the user to obtain test data in the field and transfer it to their internal CMMS System.
Power DB directly supports many popular Megger test sets including the DELTA 2000 Power Factor Test Set, the TTR, the DLRO-200 Low Resistance Ohmmeter, the Pulsar and MPRT, the S1-5005, S1-5010 5kV testers and the MEG10 a 10kV test set.
Other features include extensive information processing capabilities (including equation calculations, temperature correction factors and charting), data trending for predictive failure analysis, a powerful editor to create or customize forms and test instrument drivers for many popular Megger Test Sets.
