Danaher Motion Introduces Compact, High Performance Kollmorgen S300 Servo Drives
WOOD DALE, IL - Danaher Motion introduces Kollmorgen S300 Series Servo Drives. Featuring a compact package with built-in power supply, these drives offer high performance servo control in smaller power, space restricted applications in industries such as packaging, material handling, converting and plastic molding. S300 servo drives complement Danaher Motion's family of Kollmorgen S600 series drives, which are designed for higher power servo applications, resulting in the most flexible, broadest power range family of drives available today.

The Kollmorgen S300/S600 family offers 1.5-70 amp, 115-480 VAC operation and is available as drive-only or with a Single Axis Control card within the same package, along with a wide array of built-in capabilities to perform complex motion tasks. Their flexibility allows for expansion at time-of-order or in the field with a common set of option cards - no special drive or option card versions are necessary. The option cards provide field bus connectivity including DeviceNet, Profibus, SERCOS and CANopen offering engineers the tools they need to solve a wide range of application specific requirements.
