Multi-Orifice Linear Stream Applicator
Graco introduces a new multi-stream applicator for water-based and non water-based sealants for Liquid Applied Sound Deadening applications. The Multi-Orifice Linear Stream Applicator (MOLSA(TM)) is constructed of stainless steel and features tungsten carbide tips.
MOLSA is available in three sizes (5, 7.5 and 10 cm) and with three different orifice sizes (0.025", 0.029" and 0.034"). The applicator can apply adhesive films up to 4 mm thick at a maximum flow rate of 19,500 cc/min, ideal for high robotic
processing speeds. It is possible to use two applicators for one single pass, allowing 20 cm wide patterns.
