Overview

Qlogic 6-port Enterprise Fibre Channel Switch Module for IBM eServer BladeCenter(TM) provides higher-bandwidth connectivity (up to 24 Gbps1 full duplex) between BladeCenter server blades and SANs via a higher external port count. This expanded connectivity presents a diskless storage opportunity for the server architecture.

This SAN fabric switch delivers the advanced functions, performance, manageability, and scalability required by the most demanding SANs. Integration of SAN switching capabilities reduce complexity and increase SAN manageability.
