Hirschmann Announces Availability of Jauch and Schmider Rotary Index Tables

HIRSCHMANN ENGINEERING, INC., USA, Buffalo Grove, Illinois now has available for sale a complete line of CNC Rotary Indexing tables. The newest addition to their growing line of products is the Jauch & Schmider line of rotary indexing tables and A/B axes. Universally applicable, these units can be integrated on wire and die sinking EDM machines as well as CNC machining centers. Standard equipment includes face place or taper type part mounting. Optional clamping devices include HIRSCHMANN, as well as 3R and Erowa clampers. Extended clamping accessories include a collect chuck that can be added to the unit. The axes are equipped with direct or indirect measurement systems. The rotary indexing table can be controlled directly by a machine control unit. To do this, the motor and encoder must be matched with the servo drive. Independent control units are also available that can be activated via an M-code function. In addition, HIRSCHMANN also has available, single axis systems and rotary tables. Models are available in stainless steel, burnished steel and oxidized aluminum.
