REGO-FIX® Showcasing a Variety of Toolholding Solutions at AeroDef Manufacturing 2011

Indianapolis, Indiana - REGO-FIX® will be showcasing a variety of new toolholding products at AeroDef Manufacturing 2011, including multiple additions to its innovative powRgrip® toolholding system. REGO-FIX will be displaying products in booth #1254 at the event, which will take place on April 5 - 7 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

Through its unique approach to toolholding, REGO-FIX's powRgrip system offers better TIR, improved tool dampening, easy presetting, longer tool life and unparalleled clamping forces. The company will be displaying its highly successful tabletop automatic machine at AeroDef Manufacturing 2011, as well as a new hand pump version.

Fully compatible with all BIG PLUS spindles, the REGO PLUS line of toolholders will also be on display at the show. This product series is licensed by BIG Daishowa and includes a full line of ER system toolholders, as well as a full line of powRgrip system toolholders. REGO PLUS offers manufacturers the advantages of better TIR, improved tool stiffness, increased quality of surface finishes and higher machine accuracies.

REGO-FIX's XL holder system features new (patent pending) MFD (Micro-Friction-Dampening) technology to absorb and dampen unwanted vibrations faster than standard long length holders. The toolholders will be offered with CAT, BT, TC and HSK tapers in 2" increments up to a maximum length of 15.7" (400 mm). Versions of the products will be available in the ER 16, ER 32, PG10, PG15 and PG25 series of REGO-FIX toolholders.

Visitors will also see Q+® System REGO-FIX CAPTO toolholders on display. As a Certified Sandvik Coromant CAPTO manufacturer, the company's REGO-FIX CAPTO toolholders are the most accurate on the market, and available for its extensive ER and powRgrip lines. Q+ System REGO-FIX CAPTO toolholders are balanced by design to G 2.5 @ 25,000 rpm. Additionally, Type H toolholders are ready to accept Hi-Q® balancing rings that allow precision balancing of the system up to 80,000 rpm.

The ER Coolant Flush Disk from REGO-FIX was designed specifically for users without coolant-through tools. Equipped with a long nose that acts as a directional spray nozzle, the Swiss-quality flush disks direct coolant down the shaft to the cutting tip of an endmill for extended tool life, efficient chip removal and improved cutting results.
