Cattron Group International Unveils New UNITY Radio Remote Control Platform



Sharpsville, PA, USA - With the start of the New Year 2007, Cattron Group International(TM) is unveiling their "UNITY" line of industrial radio remote control products. The UNITY product line represents the first truly global compatible product platform which the company will offer anywhere in the world with locally configurable options to meet individual requirements. UNITY is also designed to meet CE, is highly scaleable, capable of digital interfaces with several standards including CANBUS, Ethernet, and RS-485, and contains two internal buses for modular upgrades for growing customer needs.

One of the first integrations of the UNITY platform will be in the form of the MKU controller/transmitter. The robust MKU extruded aluminum construction is loaded with features including a completely sealed elastomeric keypad, integrated fall protection, a dual stop circuit, five multi-function LED's for status and error indication, and a removable "TransKey" containing pre-programmed system frequency, address and operating parameters.
