New Pulse Energy Head from Ophir Optronics Features High Damage Threshold to 193nm
Danvers, MA November, 2002...Ophir Optronics, Inc. announces a new Pulse Energy Measurement Head designed for energy measurement of high energy Excimer lasers. The model PE50HD Pyroelectric head features a (HD) high damage threshold coating for 193nm radiation, and is calibrated for 157nm and 10.6um
In addition, the new generation model PE50HD Pyroelectric head has further reduced the lower limit energy measurement range down to 0.5mJ with noise less than 5OuJ. Linearity is specified at 1% for 0-400uS pulse widths with pulse width measurement capability up to 1mS. The energy scales for the PE50HD are 10J, 1J, 100mJ. and 10mJ. The maximum pulse rate is 100Hz, while the calibration accuracy is ±3% at 193nm.
The maximum average power for the PE50HD is 15W with a maximum average power density of 10W/cm².
