Pressure Calibration System offers sensor-calibration module.

Press Release Summary:

Sensor Calibration Module (SCM) enables users to source low voltage for transducer or transmitter excitation and read back mV, V, or mA output from sensor. Supplied pressure setpoint and electrical output are displayed on screen simultaneously. SCM can be retrofitted into company's DPI 515 calibration system and is accessed via 15-way, D-type connector. Multi-way connecting cable, terminated with 4 mm female connectors, is supplied along with probes.

Original Press Release:

DPI 515 SCM (Option H)

Druck is pleased to offer the Sensor Calibration Module (SCM) as a new option for the DPI 515 (Option H).

The SCM option will enable the user to source low voltage for transducer or transmitter excitation and read back the milliVolts, Volts or milliAmps output from the sensor, thus making the DPI 515 a complete pressure calibration system.

The supplied pressure setpoint and electrical output will be displayed on the screen simultaneously, providing the customer with fast and accurate sensor calibrations. This function is of particular use to calibration laboratories, workshops, test benches, sensor manufacturers and automotive workshops.

The SCM fits inside the DPI 515 or can be retrofitted into existing instruments and is accessed via a 15-way D-type connector on the rear panel. Supplied as part of the option is a multi-way connecting cable, terminated with 4 mm female connectors. Suitable probes are also provided.

The SCM option is ideal for applications requiring the calibration of pressure sensors, typical users would be sensor manufacturers, sensor distributors, production assembly of pneumatic equipment, test and maintenance, workshop calibration and standards laboratories, automotive engine test cells, aeronautical engine test cells, service companies, calibration houses, test bench and system builders.
