Plastic Shaft Collars Delrin® or Nylon with Stainless Fasteners



A standard line of Delrin® and nylon shaft collars for applications on food processing and pharmaceutical equipment and packaging machinery has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Plastic Shaft Collars are machined from Delrin® and nylon; offered in one- and two-piece styles and equipped with stainless steel fasteners. FDA/USDA-approved for food processing equipment, they are suitable for use with mixers, conveyors, feeders, and packaging machinery requiring a light- weight collar offering chemical-, solvent-, and water resistance.

Available in standard sizes from 1/4" to 3" I.D., Stafford Plastic Shaft Collars can also be supplied as specials in sizes up to 14" I.D. with custom features such as square, hex, and threaded bores. Other materials including PTFE, UHMW and high temperature UHMW can also be provided to match specific customer material design requirements.
