New Pump Features Bellows Seal Design
Graco's Orion piston pumps and spray packages feature a bellows seal design that replaces the throat packings and throat seal lubricant in traditional piston pumps, virtually eliminating the possibility of air or moisture contaminating the fluid. The all-stainless steel design and co-polymer polypropylene bellows construction offers reliable performance for shear- and moisture-sensitive coatings.
Other features include a simple air motor design with a minimal number of parts, precision air motor control for excellent control at low input pressures for fine-finish applications, a large valve ball that provide virtually no pulsation and easy
flushing, and new style packings for long life and easy cleaning.
