Discovery Semiconductors Introduces An Ultra-Wide Bandwidth PIN Photodetector, Model DSC10W
Ewing, NJ - September 25, 2002 Discovery Semiconductors introduces an ultra-wide bandwidth PIN photodetector, model DSC10W. This photodetector is excellent for millimeter wave analog, high speed instrumentation and telecommunications applications. With the use of a 1 mm coaxial connector, the DSC10W can provide bandwidth of DC to over 70 GHz. Also available using the 1.85 mm V type connector is the DSC10ER detector in 3 grades, 55 GHz, 60 GHz, and 65 GHz. These fiber coupled, hermetically sealed modules are offered in the battery-operated Lab Buddy. Delivery is within 4-6 weeks after receipt of order.
