Marysville, MI - SpaceRak's Drive In/Drive-Thru pallet rack systems provide increased efficiency in product warehousing/distribution while lowering overall storage costs. This system allows for floor-to-ceiling storage configurations while greatly reducing the number of conventional traffic aisles, maximizing units stored while preserving floor space.
The SpaceRak Drive In/Drive-Thru rack system is ideally suited for 'first-in, last-out' inventory management. The rack configuration allows vehicles to enter the storage area for pallet placement in a front-to-back arrangement. Rack sections can also be implemented back-to-back to provide vehicle entry from an aisle on either side of the storage area.
Drive-Thru systems have two access aisles for loading and retrieving of palletized goods. Vehicles can enter the rack bay, place pallets on supporting rails and exit the bay. They can also enter the bay from the opposite side to remove loads.
SpaceRak Drive In/Drive-Thru pallet rack systems provide a wide range of configurations and options to meet the most demanding requirements. Upright frames are made of 50,000-psi steel and are one-piece welded construction, featuring a full height stiffening rib. Arms are full-perimeter welded to heavy duty 8" 4-stud end connectors, and are capable of providing an arm-to-arm rail span of up to 72". Arm supports are available in either square tubular or structural angle style. Optional slope-leg and cant-leg uprights are also available, and provide additional vehicle clearance and maneuverability.
