Southampton, PA -- Now available from NewAge® Industries is new Paint Spray Hose that resists kinking, cracking, and hardening. The durable, multi-layered hose is designed to withstand the rigors of harsh use and environments as it transfers paint and other fluids.
The smooth, conductive, polyamide core of NewAge's Paint Spray Hose handles today's complex coating materials, such as paints, isocyanates, polyols, solvents, and chemicals, as it resists deterioration and static charge. Its double-braid reinforcement of strong polyester gives the hose medium pressure capability-up to 14,500 PSI burst, depending on size. The protective outer jacket is made of tough polyurethane to provide durability, plus chemical and abrasion resistance, even in extreme environments.
Paint Spray Hose remains flexible and easy to handle between -40°F and 212°F. It complies with standards SAE J517 sec. SAE 100R7, EN 855, and ISO 3949, and performs best with crimp-applied fittings.
Paint Spray Hose is offered in medium blue color in eight sizes from 3/16" to 1" I.D. Working pressures (at 70°F) range from 3,625 psi for the 3/16" size to 1,015 psi for 1". The hose is available in other sizes, colors, and in cut lengths through custom order.
