M-tron Announces Surface Mount LVDS Output Oscillator and VCXO's
M-tron Industries, Inc. announces surface mount LVDS output oscillators and voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXOs). These LVDS products offer low noise performance in "hot swap" applications, Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, and other IEEE-1394 based high speed data systems.
M-tron's new LVDS products are available in 9 x 14 mm J-lead ceramic packages as well as 5 x 7 mm leadless ceramic packages. The UVC series oscillator is housed in a standard 5 x 7 mm leadless ceramic package. The M5R series oscillator comes in a standard 9 x 14 mm J-lead ceramic package. The MPV3 series is a 9 x 14 mm J-Iead ceramic package SMT VCXO. The UVV series is a 5 x 7 mm leadless SMT VCXO.
LVDS output and frequencies up to 800.000 MHz are available in the M5R, MPV3, UVV, and UVC product lines. These products offer all inclusive stability as low as +/- 20 ppm over -40 degrees to +85 degrees C.
