Fort Myers, FL, December 30, 2004 - Fox Electronics, America's leading supplier of frequency control products, has introduced a new line of oven controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs) featuring exceptional stability and excellent phase noise characteristics. These precision OCXOs, offered in frequencies from 5.000 to 50.000 MHz, are ideal for such applications as wireless products, RF broadcast, frequency references, and test equipment.
This new FPC5 Series of oscillators feature outstanding stability - from ±2 ppb to 10 ppb, depending on temperature range, and offering 50-70% greater stability than previous versions. The parts are available in popular temperature ranges of: 0°C to +50, -20°C to +70°C, and -40°C to +75°C with stability, range dependent. The low profile OCXOs measure just 2.0" W x 2.0" L x 0.79" H and feature 5.0V operation, choice of HCMOS or sine versions, and long-term aging of ± 50 PPB per year. All oscillator models feature cold-welded SC-cut resonators producing excellent aging and low phase noise.
Pricing for a 10 MHz FPC5 Series OCXO is $147.50 in quantities of 100 units. Delivery is currently 10 - 12 weeks ARO.
