Modern Fiber Optic Sensors for Automated Production Processes
The optoelectronic optoCONTROL CLS1000 fiber optic sensors are used for reliable position control as well as for position and presence detection. Their high luminous intensity and resolution enable peak values of up to 2000 mm in terms of detection and operating ranges. Five different controller versions with numerous output and trigger functions are available, allowing the measuring system to be perfectly adapted to the respective measurement task.
The optoCONTROL CLS1000 series offers high-quality fiber optic sensors in combination with a powerful CLS1000 controller. This enables precise presence monitoring as well as position determination. Commissioning is easy via the controller's OLED display and the numerous teach-in modes. The five different controller variants allow adaptations to a wide range of applications.

The measuring system is used, among other things, in the packaging and paper industry for web edge control, for presence detection of objects in medical technology, and in the production of microchips as well as for position, distance, position and size detection.
