Optical Precision Micrometer for Restricted Spaces
The optoCONTROL 2520-46(090) extends the product range of optical precision micrometers. With the receiver able to rotate by 90°, the micrometer is ideal for installations with limited space. Furthermore, it is classified as laser class 1M and includes an integrated controller. Configuration is via a user-friendly web interface.
The optical ODC2520-46(090) micrometer for precision measurements of diameters, gaps and segments is a new model that is now available with a receiver that rotates through 90°, making it more compact and therefore easier to mount in restricted spaces. Furthermore, the ODC2520-46(090) is equipped with numerous new features. The laser can, among other things, be switched off via a web interface and the measurement values maintained for a defined period of time. Moreover, the system enables distance-independent measurements, multi-results output, measurement of up to 8 segments, and the application of numerous averaging and filter types with measurement distances up to two meters.
The compact laser micrometer, which is based on laser class 1M, offers high accuracy at a maximum measuring range of 46mm. In addition, it is extremely flexible, as the measurement object can be placed at any position within the light curtain and the distance between measurement object and receiver is freely selectable. A user-friendly web interface is used to perform set up and configuration of this next-generation micrometer. It provides set up for measurements and limit values, measuring programs and filters.
