New RACO Nonmetallic Electrical Boxes Designed for Vehicle Industry

South Bend, Indiana October 15, 2019 - RACO introduces the 7322 Nonmetallic Electrical Box. The lightweight box is designed for branch circuit wiring. RACO, part of Hubbell Commercial Construction, provides innovative electrical products to commercial and residential markets.

RACO's new single-gang electrical box is designed for fast wiring with nonmetallic sheathed electrical cable. Used to splice wires in branch circuits, it accommodates wiring devices such as switches and receptacles.The shallow 7322 design includes two self-clamping nonmetallic sheathed cable wire entries, two knockouts and a front-mounted grounding screw. Two models are available. The 7322RAC is the standard model while the 7322-OW includes positioning tabs for fast, accurate mounting on studs or joists. 

Made of high strength polycarbonate, RACO's latest box provides an easy-to-install alternative to standard boxes. The shallow design is perfect for applications that require lightweight components, such as recreational vehicle and trailer manufacturing.
