RACO Introduces Adjustable Open Center Bracket for Electrical Boxes

South Bend, Indiana July 16, 2019 - RACO introduces the 9020R, a new Adjustable Open Center Bracket for electrical boxes. This addition to the bracket line provides additional flexibility for positioning boxes in new construction. RACO, part of Hubbell Commercial Construction, provides innovative electrical products to commercial and residential markets.

RACO's new lightweight 9020R bracket positions electrical boxes or plaster rings anywhere between studs. The 9020R can be adjusted for use on stud spacing anywhere from 16-24".

The 9020R adjustable bracket features a large opening, allowing multiple boxes to be mounted anywhere within the space. It accommodates 4" or 4-11/16" square boxes and plaster rings, even multi-gang boxes. The design is rigid enough to eliminate the need for far side supports. It can be used on wood or metal studs. Center cutouts help in leveling and speed up installation.

Made of galvanized steel, the RACO Adjustable Open Center Bracket is perfect for commercial construction. It provides maximum flexibility for installers while reducing SKU's on the jobsite. The 9020R is UL Listed.

Availability of RACO's Adjustable Open Center Bracket begins August 2019. Find more information at www.hubbell.com.
