The New SR90 Series Low Cost Multi-Input Controller


The SR90 Series of LOW COST Multi-Input, Multi-Range, Auto-Tune Controllers provide the user the ability to stock one Controller and have the ability to be easily programmed to replace many different controllers. The series is available in four different package sizes. It is available in 1/4 DIN - which is the choice of most factory installations, 1/16 DIN - the choice of OEM's were panel space is at a premium, 1/8 DIN- which offers the advantage of being able to mount two units in one 1/4 DIN cut - out, and finally for those who prefer, it is also available in the smaller 72mm size. The Front panel is Dust and Splash Proof (equivalent to IP66), and it has a large 20mm bright display.

This New series has 14 User-Programmable thermocouple input ranges, as well as 8 RTD ranges. Additionally, 14 mV, V and mA ranges are available. The user can also select the appropriate Control Mode from Auto-Tune PID, Proportional, On-Off or Manual.

Standard features include Four Levels of Unauthorized Lock-Out and Process Input Offset. Optional features include Dual Control Outputs, Event outputs for High / Low Alarms as well as 8 different Alarm settings, Heater Break Alarm, Analog Output, Communication interface and Set Point Bias for alternate idle Temperature.
