The uni M-PNB M1 is a brand new plastic modular belt that brings the cutting-edge Snap Link(TM) technology to belt design. Snap Link(TM) belt modules simply snap together for easy assembly / disassembly (pin-less belt construction). This new approach to belt design saves companies substantial time and money on several levels. In addition to time saved on initial installation, the process of changing stained or damaged sections is much quicker with no pins to remove and align. Generally repairs can be made in just the small area impacted rather than taking out sections as with many pin systems which reduces the number of units needed.
The unique pin-less construction of this belt makes the new uni M-PNB M1 suitable for many different applications such as: Bakeries, Cooling Conveyors, and Food Processing just to name a few. The design eliminates crevices and pin holes found in previous conveyors that cause sterility and cleaning challenges in food processing industries. Every surface and indentation is accessible for steam or water washing and do not create spaces where material can accumulate.
