GEI International, Inc. announces the availability of a range of
"Shop Microscopes" which provide a portable solution to critical
inspection applications.
The Shop Microscopes feature achromatic objective lenses for
color corrected distortion free viewing of an object. The smooth
rack and pinion focusing of the microscopes has a full 2.5" of
vertical travel enabling a wide variety of different size and
shaped objects to be observed with sharp focus.
The built in light source provides illumination for clear viewing
even in dimly lit areas. The light source operates from two
standard AA batteries.
The microscopes are available with magnifying powers of 60x and
100x. The compact size, only 7.5" tall enables the microscopes
to be easily transported and used in almost any location.
Optional measuring reticles are available for the microscopes
which enable them to measure with a high degree of accuracy
dimensions as small as five tenths of one thousandth of an inch.
These microscopes are ideal for those demanding inspection and
measurement applications including: Hole Diameters, Surface
Finishes, P.C.Bs, Meshes, Medical Specimens, Cloth, Electronic
