Mercury Computer Systems to Showcase Image Quality and Performance Breakthroughs at RSNA 2006

Mercury Computer Systems will demonstrate how its Visage 3D to the Core technologies, solutions, and services empower the transformation of the medical diagnostic workflow at RSNA 2006 in Chicago, November 26-30.

In Acquisition, Mercury's Visage MR dramatically improved MRI image quality and shortened scan times with a simple drop-in upgrade to existing MRI scanners.

In Reconstruction, Mercury will demonstrate more than 100X improvement in CT reconstruction performance over solutions with conventional microprocessors with its Cell Accelerator Board (CAB).

In Visualization and Distribution, Mercury will show its Visage CS Thin Client Server solution, with stunning image quality, blazingly fast study loading and rendering performance, and how these advanced capabilities are fully integrated within the PACS workflow.

In Image Management, Mercury will demonstrate powerful new options for multiple viewers and side-by-side comparison, as well as hanging protocols in Visage PACS.
