Windsor, Connecticut - December 21, 2004.... Scapa Medical offers Bioflex Rx232V-60, a single coated medical grade polyethylene foam adhesive for use in medical device assembly or direct skin contact applications.

Bioflex Rx232V-60 consists of a soft white polyethylene foam, single-coated with a medical grade acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive that carries a Drug Master File Number. The film is supplied on an 60# white kraft release liner. The acrylic adhesive offers excellent quick stick and good adhesion, yet removes cleanly from skin without causing trauma.

This product is used in medical device manufacturing, ECG electrode fabrication, and for specialty bandage production.
