New Mitutoyo® Hyper MF/MF-U Measuring Microscope Offers the World's Highest Accuracy
(Aurora, IL) Mitutoyo America Corporation announces availability of the Hyper MF/MF-U measuring microscope - with an X,Y measuring accuracy of (0.9+3L/1000) µm at a resolution of 0.01µm - it is the most precise in the world.
The new Mitutoyo Hyper MF/MF-U measuring microscope features standard three-axis motorized control and power-driven auto focus for high repeatability and productivity in measurement of precision parts such as cutting tools, molds and other machined parts, semiconductor wafers, lead frames and similar items. Semi-conductor wafer holders specific to the Hyper MF/MF-U measuring microscope are available.
When equipped with a Mitutoyo vision unit or Mitutoyo QM-Data200 data processing unit, the Hyper MF/MF-U measuring microscope can be integrated into statistical process control and compliance routines, while making it easy to incorporate data into production floor practices.
