Load-Sensing Valves offer CAN-Bus pilot control module.

Press Release Summary:

Series M4 Load Sensing Valves, using electronic control units or on-board electronic interfaces with CAN controller, bring open- and closed-loop control options to mobile applications. Sandwich-plate design features up to 10 elements. Section pressure compensators provide individual, load-independent flow control. Units are high-pressure proof up to 5040/6048 psi. Max inlet flow is 53 and 40 gpm for Models M4-15 and M4-12, respectively.

Rexroth M4 Load Sensing Valves Now Available with CAN-Bus Pilot Control Module

Load sensing control blocks can now be directly controlled via CAN-Bus. A CAN pilot control module incorporated into the M4 load sensing valve series provides full integration into the bus network of mobile machines. Either with the Rexroth RC family of robust electronic control units or with the on board electronic interfaces with CAN controller, the M4 load sensing valve brings innovative open- and closed-loop control options to a variety of mobile applications, from small articulated truck cranes up to high sophisticated forestry equipment. Matching the M4 control blocks with Rexroth's A10VO and A11VO series of variable axial piston pumps allows fast, effective implementation. Rexroth M4 control blocks can also be applied to control work sequences and open-loop control of travel drives. Two sizes, M4-12and M4-15 address the entire flow range typically found in mobile applications. Additional features of the M4 valve series with CAN-Bus pilot control module include: o Sandwich plate design with up to ten elements o High-pressure proof up to a maximum 350/420 bar (5040/6048 psi) o Individual load independent flow control via section pressure compensators o Low hysteresis o Large, sensitive fine control range o Hydraulic or electro-hydraulic control o Manual override o Available LS pressure limitation (electric proportional or pre-set) for each actuator connection o Flows: Inlet maximum 200 l/min. (53 gallons/min.) and 150 l/min. (40 gallons/min.) for M4-15 and M4-12 respectively o Connections: A/B (with pressure compensator) maximum 150 l/min. (40 gallons/min.) and 115 l/min. (30 gallons/min.) for M4-15 and M4-12 respectively. A/B (without pressure compensator) maximum 180 l/min. (50 gallons/min.) and 130 l/min. (34 gallons/min.) for M4-15 and M4-12 respectively Bosch Rexroth Corporation, a merger of Bosch Automation Technology and Rexroth, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
