Ultra High Power Multi-Elements LEDs
Realized high performance of output power
"TO-66 SYSTEM" is ultra high power LED installed 60 elements in one package. The luminous area is large (about 7.0x7.0mm) and performs extremely high output power of typical 1600mW at 870nm. Other spectrum, 940nm, 660nm, 640nm and 570nm are available as the standard models. The customer's requirement can be also accepted.
They are suitable for a light source for Medical equipment, Security system and optical transmission.
