IRVINE, CA, June 14, 2002 The new PY1114CK Super Thin Type SMT LED from Stanley Electric is an excellent light source for applications requiring minimal space. The PY1114CK is specifically designed for backlighting keypads and other types of switches.
With GaP die material, the PY1114CK Super Thin Type SMT LED is available in yellow-green with a milky white lens. Other colors will soon be available. Luminous intensity is 5.6 mcd, (typ), with an IF of 10 mA. Forward voltage is typically 2.1V with an IF of 10 mA, and the reverse current IR is 100 uA maximum with a VR of 4V. The PY1114CK operates at 40 to +85°C.
