In-line Filter Assembly Eliminates Lumps from Adhesive and Sealant Materials
Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc.'s In-line Material Filter Assemblies remove lumps and particulates from adhesives and sealants and insure the delivery of free-flowing, homogeneous material to the dispense valve.
Filtering adhesive or sealant materials with Sealant Equipment's 1270-Series Material Filters also allows precise control of the material pressure and flow rate.
The unique, rounded, internal design of Sealant's filter prevents material from becoming packed in corners. Clumped material can cause multiple problems in high-volume robotic or automated meter/mix/dispense applications. Sealant Equipment's filter assembly eliminates clumps, clogged material lines and costly production downtime.
With an aluminum housing and 30-mesh stainless steel filter element: (500 microns), the 1270-Series In-line Material Filter Assemblies are ideal for use with acrylic or water-based materials in high-pressure applications.
Two filter sizes are available. The large-volume filter (Model 1270-033) is designed for use at the pump outlet of the dispense system. The smaller volume filter (Model 1270-036) is typically mounted near the dispense valve.
