Complete, Stand-Alone HPLC System Controller

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has introduced the CBM-10AWvp, a new HPLC System Controller. It connects directly to the lab's LAN and includes a simple, intuitive Web interface, which enables users to setup, control, and monitor the instrument remotely through Microsoft's® Internet Explorer. This next step in the evolution of the VP Series, coupled with CLASS-VP client/server S/W, helps to conserve valuable bench space in the lab by completely eliminating the need for a local PC.

Shimadzu's new CBM-10AWvp system controller features multi-level user security and a standard data acquisition A/D board for incorporation of any detector's analog signal. Detailed IE browser screens show current maintenance and workgroup management information, displaying the status of all LCs in a designated group on one screen. Users can easily view, write, and save methods and sequences without the need for software.
