New Design High Vacuum Gate Valve for Vacuum Applications Such as Pump Isolation

VAT, Incorporated of Woburn, Massachusetts is introducing a new series of stainless steel high vacuum gate valves. These low cost valves are designed for high vacuum pump isolation, substrate transfer and various other vacuum applications.

The VAT Series 11.0 HV Gate Valve features a sleek yet rugged stainless steel body with minimized flange to flange thickness allowing for maximum conductance and easy system integration, including retrofit applications. The well proven VATLOCK gate mechanism minimizes operating shock and is mechanically locked in the closed position. These valves are designed for 200,000 cycles before first service which is quick, easy and requires no adjustment after re-assembly.

The new design Series 11.0 HV Gate Valve is offered in both manual and pneumatic actuation and comes standard with position indicator. Available in sizes ranging from DN63 to 320 mm (2.5" to 12" ID) with the choice of ISO, ASA, CF, JIS or customer specific flanges.
