Heat-Processing Conveyor Cell
SANDUSKY, OH – LEWCO, Inc. recently delivered a 350°F electric conveyor oven for baking an undisclosed solvent-based product on slave trays. Due to the solvency of the product, the Oven had to be NFPA 86, Class A rated. Slave trays will be fed through the 33’ long oven via flat wire mesh belt conveyor. At the entrance and exit of the oven, balls tables were included to transfer the slave trays to a multi-stand conveyor that sits adjacent to the oven. This provided a complete working cell for the customer.
