Economical Flow Meters Now In Larger Sizes
Racine, WI - Hedland Flow Meters has increased the port sizes in its line of EZ-View® Flow Meters. The meters are now available in 1½" and 2" sizes in addition to the previously available ½", ¾" and 1". Constructed of durable Polysulfone plastic with a wide choice of connection types and materials, EZ-View meters are ideal for applications where accuracy is required and cost is a concern.
They can be installed in any position - no special piping or flow straighteners are required. Performance proved, the direct reading meters are accurate to +/- 5% of the full-scale reading with +/- 1% repeatability. Designed and built for harsh industrial environments, the meters are insensitive to shock and vibration. EZ-View meters can be used with liquid, air and compressed gasses in temperatures from 32 ° F to 250 ° F (0 ° C to 121 ° C). The pressure rating with liquids is 325 psi/22.4 bar maximum and the air/gas rating is 125 psi/8.6 bar maximum.
Flow ranges are 2-25 GPM up to 10-100 GPM for liquids and 35-200 SCFM up to 140-1000 SCFM for gasses. Depending on the size selected, ports are available in male or female swivel-type brass or T303 SST fittings; swivel, sweat-type brass fittings, socket weld PVC fittings; and male swivel-type PVC fittings.
