Fraser, MI - Fixtureworks now offers a complete lineup of One Touch Fasteners that are designed to reduce setup times in quick change applications. Fastener-receptacle pairs replace nut-and-bolt assembly so that operators can lock and unlock plates, panels, covers, machine components and more without the use of tools.
The One Touch Fastener products have a wide range of applications in fastening, locating and alignment. They are ideal for applications where there is frequent disassembly or changeover, including packaging, food production, automation, manufacturing, assembly and other industrial applications. These quick release clamp fasteners help increase productivity by reducing set up times, eliminating errors in assembly and installation and simplifying procedures.
The One Touch Fastener product lineup includes quarter turn clamping fasteners, button locking, ball lock fasteners, pin holding, expanding pin, and magnet locking types. Heavy duty fasteners are now also available with clamping forces up to 90 lbs.
