Ruggedized 5, 8 and 16-port Ethernet Switch Series for Diverse Industrial Applications - iCON32000 Series

5-port Hardened Unmanaged Ethernet Switches - iCON-32005
The iCON-32005 series is cost-effective Ethernet switches with 5-port 10/100Base-TX or 4-port 10/100Base-TX plus 1-port 100Base-FX. With auto-negotiation and auto-MDIX, this series provides a cost-effective solution by integrating legacy 10Mbps network with 100Mbps Fast Ethernet network. The iCON-32005 series is designed with an IP30 plastic chassis. Furthermore, its compact size and wide temperature ranging (-10 ~ 60° C) allow them to be installed in space-constrained and rugged areas.
8-port Hardened Unmanaged Ethernet Switches - iCON-32008
The iCON-32008 series is equipped with eight 10/100Base-TX ports, or six 10/100Base-TX ports plus two 10/100Base-FX ports. This series features an extended operating temperature range of -40 ~ 75°C. The IP20 aluminum housing helps dissipate heat efficiently, allowing system to operate under extremely high temperature conditions. The iCON-32008 series meets NEMA TS1/2 standard for traffic control equipment, UL 1604 safety standard for hazardous environment of explosive or flammable conditions, and UL60950 standard for information technology equipment. The iCON-32008 series is equipped with two redundant power inputs which guarantee non-stop operation. The backup power input will take over immediately when the primary DC power input fails. Furthermore, the iCON-32008 series provides one relay output which can be set up to identify events when power fails or port breaks.
16-port Hardened Unmanaged Ethernet Switches - iCON-32160
The iCON-32160 series is hardened, non-managed 16-port switches with advantages of extended operating temperature range of -40 ~ 75°C and long MTBF. These rugged Ethernet switches offer sixteen 10/100Base-TX fast Ethernet ports, or fourteen 10/100Base-TX ports plus two 10/100Base-FX ports. The IP20 aluminum housing helps dissipate heat efficiently, allowing system to operate under extremely high temperature conditions. The iCON-32160 series meets NEMA TS1/2 standard for traffic control equipment, UL508 standard for industrial control equipment, and UL60950 standard for information technology equipment. The iCON-32160 series is equipped with an additional DC jack connector which provides three power inputs creating triple redundant power inputs and guarantees non-stop operation. The backup power input will take over immediately when the primary DC power input fails. Furthermore, the iCON-32160 series provides one relay output which can be set up to identify events when power fails.
Each Ethernet switch can be DIN-rail or panel mounted. For ease of setup and maintenance, each Ethernet port is equipped with front-facing LED indicators.
