Electromechanical Relays Feature Low Profile Package
A new series of general purpose electromechanical relays that feature a low profile package, with an industry-standard footprint, for use in industrial controls, HVAC, and related applications is being introduced by Greenwich Electronics, Inc. of East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
GEI GP7 Series Electromechanical Relays are offered in 5 to 110 vdc coil voltages and SPDT and DPDT contact configurations with 5 kV dielectric strength and 10 mm (0.39") creepage distance. Featuring a low profile package that is 15.7 mm high (0.62"), these UL approved general purpose relays are fully compatible with a wide range of industry-standard relays.
Supplied in a standard model with a sealed dust cover package and Class B insulation or an optional Class F model for use at 155°C, GEI GP7 Series Electromechanical Relays have a 16 amp contact rating in the single pole version and 8 amp in the two. Mechanical life expectancy is 1 x 107 and electrical is 1 x 105 at rated load.
