Lamb Industries, Inc. - Portland, OR has released a new product line - KJD17 Series electromagnetic switch. With patented technology, this switch is designed for power shortage and under voltage protection. If power suddenly shuts down or voltage drops below a certain level, the switch contacts will be opened; it will not turn ON automatically when the power resumes. Rather the device needs to be manually reset to resume operation. Thus, this switch provides a layer of protection against unexpected power shortages and outages and other power supply problems. This switch has a wide variety of applications, including power tools, wood working machines, industrial machinery and some mission critical equipment. It can be easily snapped into panel and has water proof cover for IP54 protection. This product has been UL, VDE, & TUV approved and can handle up to 12A and 1/2 horse power at 120VAC, 10(8)A at 250VAC.
